Day 5: Proud Mary Keep On "Bern'in"

Today we kidnapped Don Klinck (while poor Laura worked) and hopped a train to the Capitol of Switzerland (Bern). We rode in first class until we got kicked out (it was nice while it lasted...stupid American hooligans). In Bern, we walked around looking for the famous clock tower that I am obsessed with (hence, the million pics that I whittled down to less than a million for this post). Afterwards, we went to Albert Einstein's house (Al and I shared a moment), then sat on the stairs and ate our baguette sandwiches since all restaurants close at 2pm and reopen at 6pm. The rest of the time, we walked around and took pics of all the churches and clock towers and the Parliament building (Bundeshaus) and local houses and restaurants. It was a cool town to explore. Tomorrow we head to Lucerne (or Luzern as they call it here). Hoping to get some Swiss Alp pics later this week.
